21st SQUADS After-School Program

The 21 SQUADS program supports the creation of community learning centers, which provide academic enrichment opportunities during non-school hours for students; particularly those who attend high poverty and low-performing schools. The program helps students meet state and local student standards in core academic subjects, such as reading and math. It also offers students a broad array of enrichment activities that can complement their regular academic programs; and literacy and other educational services to the families of participating students.

After School Transportation

After school bus transportation is available to 21SQUADS students at 5:30P.M. and 6:30 PM for all students in the TC Howe Community High School transportation district.

  • Transportation times are subject to change.

Academic Help

Academic assistance is available to students from 3:30PM until 5:30PM. Students may stay for their teacher’s office hours. Also students can receive assistance with projects and assignments from student who attend IUPUI.

All students are able to participate in the Free Snack and Dinner Program provided after school. Snack and dinner are provided Monday through Thursday through the USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program.
